“A large part of our resident demographic is exactly who we envisioned,” says Flanigan. “They are well entrenched in the community but no longer want or need a large home. They want beautiful spaces, excellent finishes, security and a home they are proud of, but they also want to spend their time enjoying their lives rather than maintaining a property.”
Making Westboro the Amenity

Rather than creating an oversized collection of private amenities, ML DEVCO has taken a neighbourhood-first approach, positioning Westboro itself as an extension of the resident experience.
“We believe the greatest amenity The Westmount has to offer is its location,” says Flanigan. “It has incredible restaurants, cafés, shops, services, and outdoor spaces. We wanted our residents to become part of that community rather than creating a building that turns inward.”
